A group of like minded souls. A journey alone and together, an adventure shared, a story told, individual routes but a common direction. A caravan.

From different places and different sports, with different hopes and different dreams and different fears. Bonded, with or without knowing it, by a love of and a shared passion for cycling.

The roads to riding are many, the triggers varied and the motivations mixed. But there remains a solidarity of spirit and shared experience, a simple truth buried among the white noise of modern life. The sense that the rightful place of each and every member of the party is out there, somewhere.

When Freediving Meets Cycling

Freediving champion and Café du Cycliste athlete Guillaume Néry and friends take on a time-honoured cycling challenge: summiting Mont Ventoux by each of its three roads in a day, to become one of the famous 'Cingles' ('mad people') of Ventoux.

Trophée Jules Verne

The Famous Project is a wild endeavour that Alexia Barrier, sailor, cyclist and Café du Cycliste athlete, has been leading for more than two years, aiming to break the round-the-world sailing record at the Trophée Jules Verne with an all-female crew.
