Manon and Flo are confined in the mountains, up in Auron where they run their ski shop business. Within touching distance of great roads like the Col de la Bonette, but stuck on the balcony. Flo caught this stunning image of Manon and, with the plan to lift restrictions in France just announced, it says it all.
You will need to imagine pushing to the heights of the Bonette during Workout #5 from Elevation Coaching. The main part of the session is four intervals of four minutes at nearly maximum effort. These are the seeds for a strong return to the road.
