GRAVEL RIDES ON MALLORCA – SINEU TO THE MOUNTAINS
They say that Sineu delivers solitude. That rings a bell for every adventure cyclist so it’s a good place to start this ride. On top of that there’s a velodrome close by if you want to spin some laps on your gravel steed. After leaving town, enjoy the flat roads past horse ranches before hitting the mountains. Literally on the other side of the (train) tracks near Lloseta the climbing begins. There’s a hidden bit of single-track on the route which may involve hike-a-bike.
The concrete road introduces some switchbacks to the ride but the road ends and you’ll have to shoulder your bike once more if you want to visit the Castell d’Alaró. It doubles up as a hostel and mountain refuge if you fancy a night in the mountains. Otherwise, enjoy the descent and ride through orchards before hitting the flat back to Sineu.

Beatrice is a gravel tank jersey for when the going gets rough and the weather gets hot. A new form that joins the gravel cycling clothing collection to offer as much variation as the rides themselves.
2 - RENT AND RIDE
Travel light and book your bike. Via our partners, Bikecamp, just as in Nice, you can rent the Cervélo Aspéro to provide the best equipment for exploring Mallorca's gravel routes. Tours are also available for those who prefer to concentrate on pushing on the pedals and looking at the landscapes.
3 - THE STORE
Located in Palma's Plaça del Rosari, our Mallorca store is 15 minutes’ drive from the airport and 40 minutes’ ride from the Coll de Sa Creu. In-store you’ll find the full Café du Cycliste collection, a quality coffee, a big screen to watch the races and friendly faces to recommend rides and restaurants alike.
