Guarantee
Our priority is your satisfaction. Cafe du Cycliste products are designed in France, developed in Italy and manufactured in Europe except some accessories. We are confident in the quality of our products make all possible efforts to guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
If you consider that your product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible and let us know the purchase date, a short description of the problem and if possible join a picture. Café du Cycliste will evaluate if your product suffer a manufacturing defect. If it does, we will offer a replacement or refund if the product is not available anymore. A product can not be considered defective if the problem does not occur under normal conditions of use or if it results from long term usage.
If Café du Cycliste confirms the replacement or refund of a product, please make sure you wash the product prior to sending if it has been worn. Café du Cycliste will cover the shipment cost after approval of this cost.

will be shipped absolutely free.
If you do not reach the above amount, We offer simple and low rates based on your delivery address and regardless of package size and weight. See the detail below

Price
Prices are quoted in euro, uk sterling and US dollars. The currency shown during payment is based upon the delivery address entered. Prices of products delivered out of the european economic community exclude value added tax and any local import duties that may be payable by the recipient on receipt of the order.
Return policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, you can return it for a size exchange or a refund within 15 days following the receipt of your order.
Returned product must be as new, unused in its original packaging with labels still attached.
For your return to be accepted, please follow the return procedure below:
> Email us at service-clients@cafeducycliste.com mentioning the product you would like to return, your invoice number and the reasons for the return.
> We will respond by email with all the instructions to follow for your return.
Note: the cost of returning the product to us will be at your charge
Returns are only accepted for items purchased online from www.cafeducycliste.com. If you have purchased your item from a retailer, please contact him directly to ask about his return policy.

Sur le Bitume performance jersey have a fitted cut adapted to cycling. They are not second skin but are tight to the body.
Sur le zinc urban jerseys have a slim cut adapted to cycling but with a bit more room than Sur le bitume performance jerseys.
